held on Thursday April 17, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at the Administration Building Conference
Room of the Port of Port Arthur Navigation District of Jefferson County, Texas (“Port of Port
Arthur”), located at 221 Houston Avenue, Port Arthur, Texas 77640, consisting of the
furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools, labor, supervision services, and performing all operations in connection with various repairs to the strut lattice, machine house paneling, walkway insulators, and installation of a lifeline, and other related work.
