Notice is hereby given that the Port of Port Arthur Navigation District of Jefferson County, Texas will receive and open proposals in response to RFP 2024-05 for Line Handling Services, on Monday, January 13, 2025, at 2:00 P.M., at the Port Commission Office, 221 Houston Avenue, Port Arthur, Texas 77640. A quorum of Commissioners may attend the opening; however, no action by the Board of Commissioners will be taken on the subject proposals/bids until the next Regular or Special Meeting thereof.
