NOTICE TO BIDDERS OF MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on
Monday, September 28, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time at the offices of the Port of Port Arthur Navigation
District of Jefferson County, Texas (“Port of Port Arthur”), located at 320 Houston Avenue, Port Arthur,
Texas 77640, to discuss the Port of Port Arthur Multiple Property Demolitions 2026 Project (the “Project”),
consisting of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools, labor, supervision services, and performing
all operations in connection with the demolition and removal of certain buildings, structures, and/or other
materials from Port-owned properties, and other related work. Interested parties can attend in person, by

986 232#. Registration for the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will begin onsite, by telephone, and/or
Microsoft Teams at 1:30 p.m. on September 28, 2026, and there will be no admission by any method after

meeting registration time.
Thereafter, sealed bids addressed to the Port of Port Arthur for the Project will be received at the
office of the Port Director, Larry Kelley, 320 Houston Avenue, Port Arthur, Texas, 77640 until 2:00 p.m.
local time on October 6, 2026, and all bids received will immediately thereafter be opened and publicly read.
The bid shall be on original bid form as shown in the project specification and without any modification. Any
bid received after closing time will be returned unopened
