Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Port of Port Arthur Navigation District of Jefferson County, Texas, will be held at 9:00 am, Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at the Port Arthur International Seafarer’s Center, 401 Houston Ave, Port Arthur, Texas 77640, in person. Members of the public may also attend the Meeting by telephone by calling the toll-free number 1-866-244-8528 and using the access code number 328412#.
The Port of Port Arthur Board of Commissioners Public Participation Form for the Meeting can be found on the Port of Port Arthur’s website at www.portpa.com. Any member of the public wishing to make public comment must complete the Public Participation Form and return it to the Executive Director prior to the Meeting.
A quorum of the members of the Board of Commissioners will be physically present at the Meeting. The Meeting will comply with those provisions of the Texas Government Code applicable to the Port of Port Arthur. A recording of the Meeting will be made available to the public upon written request in accordance with the Texas Government Code.
