Avenue, Port Arthur, Texas 77640, to discuss the Port of Port Arthur Request for Proposals 2026-03,
Bank Depository Services. Registration for the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will begin
onsite at 1:30 p.m. on July 20, 2026, and there will be no admission after 2:00 p.m. Questions
concerning this Request for Proposals may be submitted to the Port of Port Arthur until 2:00 p.m.
