Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Port Arthur Navigation District Industrial Development Corporation has been called by the President of the Corporation to be held at 10:15 a.m., Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at the offices of the Port of Port Arthur Navigation District of Jefferson County, Texas, 221 Houston Avenue, Port Arthur, Texas, in person with limited capacity and by telephonic meeting in order to advance the public health goal oflimiting face-to-face meeting (also called “Social Distancing”) to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
