NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on
Wednesday, April 30, 2025 beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the Administration Building of the Port of Port Arthur
Navigation District of Jefferson County, Texas, 221 Houston Avenue, Port Arthur, Texas 77640, to discuss the Port of Port Arthur Navigation District of Jefferson County, Texas Transit Shed 1 Replacement Project (the “Project”), consisting of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools, labor, supervision, services, and performing all operations in connection with the construction of the Transit Shed Replacement Project, all as more specifically set forth in the Project Construction Manual issued by the Port of Port Arthur and dated April 2025. Registration for the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will begin on-site at 1:30 p.m. on April 30, 2025, and there will no admission after 2:00 p.m.
