Choctaw Construction Services, LLC (CCS) is a Houston-area civil and railroad services contractor with headquarters located in Hempstead, Texas. To most efficiently serve our clients, we maintain branch offices in other locations in Texas (Dallas, Victoria, LaPorte, and Beaumont) and one location in Port Allen, Louisiana. Although we service multiple sectors, railroading is our heartbeat and focus. From large capital projects to routine maintenance and material handling, we have the experienced staff and specialized equipment required to serve our railroad clients. We own and maintain a large fleet of heavy construction equipment; therefore, we do not depend on the support of equipment rental suppliers. We also employ our own shop, truck, and equipment mechanics to ensure that our fleet is maintained at the highest level possible. In addition to construction and maintenance, CCS also maintains Emergency Response crews and equipment to assist our clients with planning, management, and clean-up of derailments, storms, and other emergencies or disasters. We are known for our unique ability to quickly deploy assets and materials to the emergency site.
