Although Grenstone is newly established, it has signed an MOU with Dai Dung Group, which has its main prefabricated steel production headquarters in Vietnam. GEC plays a role in connecting production in Vietnam to the construction market in the United States in general, with special attention to Port Arthur, contributing to the redevelopment of existing industries and new modern projects, boosting the people's economy and urban development.
We currently lease 14.5 acres of warehouse space in Baytown, Texas, to house equipment and prefabricated steel frames from DC Group's six large manufacturing plants with over 5,000 technical workers and 200 graphic design engineers.
