Notice is hereby given in accordance with order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020, that a Special Meeting of the Board of Port Commissioners of the Port of Port Arthur Navigation District of Jefferson County, Texas has been called by the President of the Board to be held at 9:00 A.M., Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at the offices of the Port of Port Arthur Navigation District of Jefferson County, Texas, 221 Houston Avenue, Port Arthur, Texas, by telephonic meeting in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-toface meetings (also called “Social Distancing”) to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
