NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Administration Building of the Port of Port Arthur Navigation District of Jefferson County, Texas, 221 Houston Avenue, Port Arthur, Texas 77640, to discuss the Port of Port Arthur Navigation District of Jefferson County, Texas (“Port of Port Arthur”) Economic Development Administration Rail Project (Economic Development Administration Grant Award No. 08-79-05270), consisting of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools, labor, supervision, services, and performing all operations in connection with the construction of a new rail track including subgrade, sub-ballast and rail, re-alignment of existing track, switches, turnouts and drainage beneath the tracks to tie into the existing site storm system, all as more specifically set forth in the Economic Development Administration Rail Project Construction Manual issued by the Port of Port Arthur and dated August 2022 (the “EDA Rail Project”). Registration for the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will begin on-site at 9:00 a.m. on October 5, 2022 and there will no admission after 10:00 a.m.
