GTL possesses interests in taxable real prope1ty located within the GT Logistics Blue Ammonia Reinvestment Zone and is the Applicant for Lhe Tax Abatement Agreement. GTL proposes to construct a blue ammonia terminal facility and related improvements within the GT Logistics Blue Ammonia Reinvestment Zone. The estimated cost of the proposed Project is in excess of $225 million. The project upon its completion will maintain a level of not less than I 5 new full-time jobs consisting of permanent direct employee jobs.
